The display stand is what sold me — it holds the axe upright so it actually looks like a piece on my shelf instead of a tool stuffed in a drawer. Blade's sharp enough that I use it for herbs, then it goes right back on display. Weird combo, works great.
The 7.5-inch blade is way heavier in the hand than I expected, and it actually chops through a whole chicken like nothing. The display stand is a nice touch too, so it lives on my bar cart when it's not in the kitchen.
